8 Steak Sauces to Seriously Up Your Steak Game

Who doesn’t love a juicy, slightly charred steak, served up with a mountain of chips (or saute potatoes if you’re feeling posh) and some nice green veg!

It’s one of my favourite weekend dinners, and it’s make even better with the addition of one of these 8 delicious sauces (ok, one is a garlic butter, but that works fab too!).

Most of these sauces can be made while your steak is resting, so your steak will be perfectly rested and ready to serve when that sauce is ready.

Peppercorn Sauce Recipe

Creamy peppercorn sauce has a lovely rich warmth to it that goes so well with a juicy steak. Ready in 10 minutes!

This simple garlic butter is so versatile! Use to top steak, make your own garlic bread, or even stir into cooked pasta with a pinch of chilli flakes.

Red Wine Jus Recipe

Put those steak pan juices to work with this amazing red wine jus. It’s tangy, rich and decadent. The addition of beef stock ensures it stretches far enough that everyone has plenty!
