Adele has given fans an intimate glimpse into her stunning $9.5million Los Angeles mansion.

The Grammy-winning singer, 33, opened the doors to her impeccably styled abode as she took part in Vogue’s 73 Questions series on Thursday.

Despite living in a neighbourhood filled with Hollywood’s biggest stars, Tottenham-born Adele proved she hadn’t forgotten her roots as she proudly showed off her ‘very English’ garden, open plan kitchen and her ‘proudest possession’- a piece of gum chewed by her idol Celine Dion.

Strolling into her beautiful garden, the mother-of-one gushed: ‘It’s lovely out here. It’s very English,’ before heading back inside to show off her ‘proudest possession’: a piece of gum chewed by Celine Dion and framed for her by pal James Corden.

As 73 Questions host Joe Sabia strolled outside with Adele, her enormous swimming pool could be briefly seen behind a quaint hedge.

The outdoor space also featured chic furniture and a large wooden play area for nine-year-old Angelo- Adele and ex-husband Simon Konecki’s son.

After sitting outside with Joe to answer questions, Adele led him inside where she showed off the framed piece of Dion’s gum.

She explained: ‘James Corden, who’s a friend of mine but also does Carpool Karaoke, he did it with her and knew how much of a fan I was, so he made her spit her gum into a piece of paper and he framed it for me.’

The large, airy space also boasted a jam-packed bookshelf, stylish furniture and large windows.

At the beginning of the video, Adele was seen unloading paper shopping bags from her luxury car, with the star’s grand doorway visible in the background.

Once inside, Adele and Joe stopped for a chat next to a large white staircase, with the surrounding hallway kitted out with a beautiful patterned carpet.

Lamps lit the space and another bold carpet ran the length of Adele’s stairs.

In the video, which has already racked up more than 939,981 YouTube views, Adele revealed she is ready to go on tour ‘as soon as possible’ – while playfully encouraging fans to ‘keep wearing their masks.’

When asked when she would like to go on tour, Adele replied: ‘As soon as possible, I’m ready to go! It’s all up to COVID so keep wearing your mask and don’t be spreading that Delta and who knows!’

Dressed comfortably in a tracksuit, something which she said was ‘typical’ of Brits in 90 degree heat, the Easy On Me songstress seemed more than happy to answer a whole plethora of questions, regardless of their intensity.

Elsewhere, no hesitation was noted when she was questioned on the biggest risk she’s taken – ‘leaving my marriage,’ was her three-word response.

Adele’s life may have taken her across the pond but it was clear that she hadn’t forgotten her Tottenham roots, as she was able to belt out the North London football club’s chant without a second thought.

On a more candid note, there was a lot of reflection on how she’s grown throughout the making of her albums, 19 (2008), 21 (2011), 25 (2015) and of course, the latest to be added to her discography, 30, set for release in November.

Of her diaries during the 21 era, she dubbed them as looking: ‘Drunk, chaotic, stressed, very sad’ – and admitted that she would advise her 19-year-old self that her love life ‘would get a lot worse.’

‘It’s definitely my most personal one [album] yet,’ she added.

There were a lot of additional fun facts that escaped the Q&A – the British supermarket she most pines for is Marks & Spencer and she was surprised her ‘sarcastic humour’ didn’t travel.

Towards the end of the Q&A, which, in the end, amounted to over the intended 73 questions, Adele revealed her top three favourite songs.

Someone Like You was placed first, a new song in second and When We Were Young snatched third position: ‘It means a lot to me,’ she said.
